You may have already, or may soon receive, a letter from RevenueSA in relation to your land holdings. Land tax changes are to come into force from midnight on 30 June 2020, RevenueSA is now verifying their information on your land holdings in South Australia.
What do you need to do when you receive the letter?
1. Review the land for which you have been identified as the owner;
2. Review the billing address and billing method of your ownership;
3. Review the related corporations that have been identified.
To avoid incorrect land tax assessments and possible penalties, you must take action before the date printed on your letter.
