Digital Signature (E-Signing)

Over the last month we have been trialling an e-signing system via Annature (a third party software company) for all of the tax & corporate documents that we have historically sent to you either by post or as email attachments. We have received very positive feedback throughout the course of the trial and will now be implementing e-signing as standard for all documents requiring signature.

The e-signing platform will save paper and enable you to sign the documents wherever you are, on your desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone. You will receive an 'envelope' via email from Annature, and this envelope can only be opened after you have entered a unique code that Annature will send to your recorded mobile phone number as a text message, as authentication.

Annature utilise bank-level security for their documentation delivery process and have also been independently audited and achieved ISO 27001 Certification covering their Information Security Management System (https://annature.com.au/blog/annature-earns-iso27001-certification). All information storage is physically based within Australia.

Looking forward, we will be reviewing our email address and mobile number database records to ensure their accuracy, and then will commence the digital delivery of documents for signing to you. Should you prefer your documents to be collected or posted and not sent digitally, then please advise us and we will note your preference accordingly.
