Is your Land Tax bill correct ?

Revenue SA have started mailing out LAND TAX bills.

Each bill is accompanied by a Statement of Land Held.

We are seeing some errors on these Statements. They include:

• aggregation of properties incorrect
• main residence being included
• incorrect rates being applied
• 
  

Please check your Statement of Land Held on the second page of your assessment to ensure the owners stated, rates applied and the aggregation are correct.  Please also check that the values, as shown, are reasonable.
